“Victoria was so wonderful! My daughter has cochlear implants and she came up to me and asked if she could wear the remote system-7, so Dottie could hear better. I really appreciated her making the event inclusive and so fun for all the kids! We will be back! :)”
Johnathan Shoff (Spencer Road)
“I stopped to help a woman having a medical situation after hours at the Spencer Road branch. This was after an author event. I called Johnathan before I stopped to check on her. He pulled up the camera footage at home, watched while I was talking with her, and continued texting and staying in contact with me until the situation was resolved. I felt much safer knowing he was watching the situation. Even though I was there with her by myself, I did not feel alone. He also ensured that the rest of the branch leadership was aware of what was happening.”

“Brianna is wonderful with patron service. She is always helpful and kind to those she helps, she has also helped out at the branch a great deal by participating in creating the scavenger hunts, book displays and so much more!”

She regularly helps me with setting up and preparing for my programs, and has set up the room for me before I even get to work! I truly appreciate her guidance and willingness to always offer a helping hand.”
