“Alison was helping a customer on the computer who really needed to print something, but it was nearing 6:45 (when the computers would shut down) and the customer was worried she would lose her work and not get it printed in time. But Alison managed to help her get it printed right before the computer shut off. Alison really made that customer’s night, and the customer was so grateful to her.”
Mike Ramsey (Central Services-Facilities):
“Mike stopped the library vehicle to check on passengers of an accident and took out his cone and directed traffic until police arrived. The officers were very pleased and asked him to continue for a few minutes.”
