"Emma is very attentive and proactive in helping create solutions to help her coworkers work more efficiently. She dedicated time to creating an easy to read, effective guide for Summer Challenge volunteers to be able to reference if they are struggling to recall all of their training. It is also great for staff to get a quick refresher for the start of the summer! Thank you Emma!!"

"Went out of her way to help me find my young daughter's previously expired holds so I could surprise her by borrowing them for her."

"On the day of the symphony, when we had to make the call to pivot from hosting it at Lakeside 370 to Spencer Road. Jim got looped in early on to help with the parking situation, especially regarding getting cones and saving parking spaces for the performers, etc. I barely even had to ask him (I think it was mainly me just starting to Cc him on emails), and he stepped up and stayed late, and his taking that task on was amazing. Not to mention when he wasn't dressed to be working in the heat. Huge shoutout to Jim."

Marcia Woods (Central Services)
"Marcia always hosts great programs! She goes above and beyond, calling her attendees by name and really connecting with them. At one of our communities for young adults with developmental delays, she presented a program about trains and travel this month that they loved, where they really engaged with her. We appreciate her dedication and the life she brings to the OS Department and library patrons."
