For some time, the library district has utilized SolarWinds to manage IT and Facilities requests. We are excited to announce that we have expanded this service to the Finance department, with further departments to follow. This expansion allows departments to customize their service portal to fit their specific needs. Please note that the Facilities portal will eventually be separate from the IT portal.
We aim to provide the ability to ask questions and request service related to each team. For example, you will use the Finance portal to request an Inova password reset, inquire about an unpaid invoice or ask about SmartPO inventory or item availability, to name a few.
When you visit SCCCLSupport.stchlibrary.org, you will notice a new landing page designed to help you quickly select the department you need.
